Does not count for Cape of Stranglethorn Quests.

Make sure you take the free flight from Raskha (the Flight Master in Bambala) or you will not be able to pick up quests from Flem Gizzix when you reach Hardwrench Hideaway (although this will hopefully be fixed with Cataclysm).
