The circle is at 40,44, just infront of the buildings main entrance at Shrine of Aviana. Use the nectar (pink bottle in inventory) there.

I can't get this quest to work. Hovering over the Nectar, the tooltip says "Retrieving item information", and I can't right-click it. Logging out and back in didn't help, nor did abandoning and re-obtaining the quest. :/ Might try disabling all my addons.

If you don't engage chat with the NPC that gives you the quest before doing it you will not see the person you need to talk to but will see a yellow question mark.

A Mysterious Winged Spirit appears above the circle, hazy and indistinct.

If you get rid of your nectar and can't get the quest to drop from your quest log, try reloading your UI. The quest doesn't say who gave it to you, but as you can see here it was Choluna. She doesn't have an option for getting another nectar, however, so you have to drop the quest in order to get another one. There is a bug with quests not having a responsive "Abandon" button, and that can be remedied by doing the /reload UI (or getting rid of all your addons, apparently, and figuring out which one was the troublemaker by adding them back one by one and dropping quests until you figure out which one causes "Abandon" not to function -- but obviously /reload UI is much less painful :-) )

Odd... today I did this quest (have done it a number of times with other toons). I used the nectar and she appeared, the question mark was there, but white. I got the dialog to move closer, but nothing happened until the timer was up.

Tried dropping and re-taking the quest with the same results.

I hear preachers complain about this game regularly, but didn't see the harm in it until a few quests like this one where we're asked to make some offering to a (granted, a theoretical) dead person. Is anyone else uncomfortable with this sort of quest? I skipped the Zul Drak offering quest and don't have a Worgen because of the offering quests in those chains, but this one's blocking FL. I slip up sometimes missing the offensiveness, but this quest is slapping me in the face. Probably 99% don't care, but I just can't bring myself to do it now.

I get the "A Mysterious Winged Spirit appears above the circle, hazy and indistinct.
Mysterious Winged Spirit says: Come ... closer ... <class>. They are ... pulling me away ..." but nothing happens after. I have done this on at least 4 other toons and now I am stuck on this one.
