Or if you did what I did and ran off to collect more quests rather than doing it right away and forgot where you got it, the coords are 36, 85 on the Darnassus map.

If you're going for Loremaster, then you want to pick up this quest BEFORE https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/quest=2518 because once you accept Tears of the Moon, you can't pick up this quest, losing out on a quest that counts toward the achievement.

She probably spawns there most often BUT she can spawn EAST of Wellspring River at the Northern most point of Oracle Glade. So if you can't find her head East past the highest level Timberlings in Wellspring River.

I found Lady Sathrah at 39,24. All the way north, in an area filled with Giant Webwood Silkspinners. Those spiders are green, Lady Sathrah looks the same but she is gray. I killed her several times while grinding, she respawns VERY fast -- like two minutes or something. Dropped a nice dagger too.

As of Classic seems to be bugged because I didn't need this step in order to get to the successive one.

This is actually one of the first quests I've ever commented on back in the days on Thottbot. If you already completed Tears of the Moon you can't pick up this breadcrumb quest anymore.
