If you pull up your world map you should see two little icons that look like ships, he is aboard Orgrim's Hammer.

I can't find this damned questgiver too! At the coordinates is some green flow that reach the sky and skeleton fragments around it. That's all!

I went back to Dalaran, and to the npc at Krasus landing who sent me to Orgrim's Hammer in the first place, and he sent me back to the ship, which saved me looking for it.

PS- thx to all the ppl writing comments on here, u've saved me hours of searching

There are two ships, an Alliance and a Horde, Make sure you are flying onto the right ship, or you will die. When you look at them on your map mouse over the Icons and it will show you the names of each ship. The horde one has a little red on it so you can tell which one it is easier.

the current position of the Orgrim's Hammer (like Skybreaker's one) is signed on the map by an icon, so you can easily find it. Some maps addons may not show these icons, so you have to disable them and use the default map in order to locate the ship (i had to disable Carbonite Quest Helper for example)

Alright Everyone, if you DO NOT HAVE A FLYING MOUNT,
YOU CAN do this quest easily. If you all remember, in
Storm Peaks there is a guy beside the flight master of K3.
Ask him if you may get a loaner Flight Mount! He will give
you a free 0% speed increase flying mount FOR FREE.

Word of advise... When you do get there and explore around, gather quests, and all the like... Don't fly into the wolf's 'mouth' at the very front end of the ship. You know, the wolf cannon? Ya, don't run to the very end inside that thing. I got stuck between two walls when I did. ;(

One thing to alliance players: Koltira is not in Orgrim Hammer like a Thassarian in The Skybreaker.

Just in case anyone else gets confused like I did:

This quest is NOT the one where the Duke in The Shadow Vault sends you to Orgrim's Hammer to report your successful taking of the vault. Look at the questgiver page for where to get it.

Recommended order of Icecrown chain-quests:
1) Shadow Vault quest chain (starts with a breadcrumb quest Preparations for War),
2) Argent Vanguard and Crusaders' Pinnacle quest chain (starts with a breadcrumb quest Preparations for War),
3) Orgrim's Hammer quest chain (starts with Orgrim's Hammer as a side-quest form the Crusaders' Pinnacle quest chain),
4) Citadel footsteps quest chain (starts with Blackwatch as a side-quest form the Shadow Vault quest chain and Opportunity as a side-quest form the Orgrim's Hammer quest chain).

This quest seems bugged! I have done all the other quests before i got this from the npc in the tower laying in the bed and then i flew to the ship but there is no npc´s at all.... neither on the horde or ally ship. I have tried bann the quest and take it again but did not work, same as /reload did not work.

any ideas?

Our base flies out of reach of Scourge - overhead between Mord'rethar and Aldur'thar. It is called "Orgrim's Hammer."
