You have to talk to the soldiers who are fighting the mobs (North). However, you have to kill the mob, putting the soldier out of combat to talk to him/her.

In my experience, the trolls are more powerful than the Argent Crusade soldiers, and will kill them if you don't help.

Kinda creepy, sometimes when you talk to the soldiers they say
Aren't you Ragaxen(or your name)? I'd heard you were dead!

It's not enough that you have to go in and tell them that they're leaving a combat zone. Oh no. You also have to save each and everyone one of their asses from at least one mob.

And what do you get for it? More work!

You Can not Talk with them when they are in combat, only when they killed the troll that's attacking him, i recommend you to do https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/quest=12508 while ur doing this quest :)
