This is definitly not true. I just finished Hour of the Worg and I still have this quest in my quest log, unfinished. The chain to get to Hour of the Worg starts with the quest Descent into Darkness which is triggered by Mikhail's Journal. The journal drops from any humanoid in and surrounding Forest's Edge Post just southeast of Amberpine Lodge.

Hope this clears things up.

Edit: I see now that the comment above mine is written during beta when that statement might just have been true. However, that is not the case anymore.

OK the real cords are 15,65 you should not have a problem it is in side the building there.

Just a note: I was doing this group with a questing partner, and they looted the chest first. The chest became unlootable for me, and I had to relog in order to loot the chest.

They must have changed the locatin. I found trading post and chest at 16.2 65.8. One guard at entrance and chest a drop from the guard inside.

OK<OK Just got to Northrend and checked out the map n thot wudahey, I'll start w/the lodge. Got this Q w/3 other parts that begin the chain. It seemed odd that the building was so far from the other parts, so I clock into this site n check the specs. When I get back, my body is lyin next to da tree but only way to retrieve is log out n come back. I check my battle log n see some horde slob snuck in n slammed me when i was visitin you guys. Was thinkin bout bein flowery about the new place but now its game on bb. Got my 73 NE Warrior with a full socketed set of Brutal Gladiator armor n matchin Brutal blade n Gun. Melee dps is 200.5 n ranged at 175. So I go to the building n start slammin. No hesi just charge! Those guys were peaches onda steps n just waltzed in n introed myself to No3. He went in 4 strokes n the Q was done in bout 45 secs. Onda way back toda lodge stopped in for coffee atda fort w/the Horde slobs dat layed me out when I was here. The 2 guards r 80s n da next guy in also an 80. My slam buff goes like dis... Shoot, Heroic throw, Charge, revenge,shield slam, devistate n Heroic strike..Repeat the shield slam as much as poss n rotate it w/devistate n heroic strike and it took 2 runs thru that melee burst for each and only cost 30 % health. Had an att n didn't stop between the 3 for lunch, if ya get my drift. Northrend slobs got a preview of "There's a new sheriff in town" and the flowery stuff is kinda filed. PEACE "^" But the direct is correct theres jus 2 guys at the foot of da stairs n a poopsy inda house givin love n hugs. Open the box n go home.

I found this in the small hut at 16,65 - no real issue killing the mobs around it as a 75 Holy Priest.

For those of you without the mod to show Location - near Conquest Hold you will see a tower type picture on the map right next to the road. That is where Evergreen Trading Post is.

We've reached a deadlock with the Horde in Grizzly Hills. Our forces are just about evenly matched and all signs so far have pointed to a stalemate.

Until this morning, that is. The local trappers have requested our help. Apparently the Horde took something that belongs to them... a relic of some sort.

We get this back for them and they'll give us the edge we need. Head to the Evergreen Trading Post, west of Conquest Hold and look for a cedar chest.
