You'll find one member of the family in or around the three buildings on the farm. Kenata is almost always inside the house on the hill. Fardel is usually in the stable and Marcel hangs out around the barn. Occassionally he will be inside the barn, but he is usually outside. The last time I killed him he was halfway between the barn and the stable though. Just look for the humans that are wearing clothing different from the workers and militiamen.

It's Fairly Easy. I did it as a 32 Pally.

Just be careful of the militia walking around.

One guy in the Stables, One girl in the house on the hill and one guy next to the barn. The girl in the house is hardest at level 35, and she's a rogue.

Fardel and Marcel can be either at the stables or near the barn.

My most recent trip through there, both Fardel and Marcel were inside the stables.

So don't count on location except for Kenata, who seems to always be in the house.

i soloed kenata as a 29 frost mage. was difficult, and had help for the other two, 35 holy priest made it soo easy :P

Kenata disarms for ~10 seconds.

Marcel uses shield wall and interrupts.

Fardel uses deadly poison and is the easiest by far. I've seen Fardel spawn either side of the barn and by the stables.

Alright, the coords are correct and everyone's got good advice so far. BUT I have one thing to add. Kenata is in the house on the hill, but there are a lot of other mobs running around outside of it... Not all of them noticeable at first. I just went straight for her and I almost got murdered by six OTHER mobs.

Just stand at the top of the pathway to the house, near the fence and keep looking around for mobs. All of them are on about 2 minute paths, so after two minutes or so you should know where all of them are. From there you can either chose to work around them, or kill them off one by one (depending on your level or whatever).

Kenata herself was an amazingly easy kill.

This quest is rated too high, compared to others in the bracket that you may acquire at the same time. It is considered lvl 36, but not a single mob is above 35, and most are 31-33. Easily doable in the low thirties.

The first person I killed was Fardel, very easy as a 30 hunter since all the surrounding mobs are around 30-32. However, Marcel seemed to glitch for me. Whenever I pulled him, I would get him to around 200-300 health and then an evade bug would pop up, he would reset and then attack with full health. This happened even when I attacked him while he was in the barn. Figured the quest was not worth it, so I just abandoned. Without the glitch though, it would have been very easy for me.

How does this involve stealing? You just steal their heads apparently... I personally beleve this quest should have a different name.

Also i was able to solo it as a lv 33 lock pulling only one mob at a time with incinerate, curse of agony, corruption, life drain, soul drain, with succubus out.

Possible as a lvl 29 mark hunter. The only one I had trouble with was Kenata who I had to use "disengage" with. Make sure to get all the mobs around Kenata before fighting her; or else you'll be spammed. There's about 7, all walking around her.
Also possible as a 27 ret Pally, which was much easier than my hunter.

All of them have above 1k health and do quite a bit of damage; so whatever your class is, be careful! :)

Meh, everyone's got the coords right but I'm feeling a bit stoopid atm. As a lvl 32 priest, Marcel's seriously kicking my butt. Got the other two just fine (they were both easy, actually... and I'm super squish) but Marcel just keeps running back into the dang barn and coming out with full health bar. Very close to giving up and admitting that I can't solo him at this lvl. LAME!

The Dabyrie Farmstead is in Arathi Highlands wich is east of Tarren Mill. The Farmstead is north-east of Refuge Point. When you go from Hammerfall its just to go west and your right there. You cant miss it.

One of the tree is up on the hill north of the farm. The second one is in the thats most to the south-east of the farm. And the final one is in the house thats south-west of the farm.

One more thing. The guy thats in the south-west house has a "bodyguard". Its just a lvl 31 standing right beside him. So its kind of impossible to just tag one.

This quest is not to hard, Kenata is the worst to kill because she will keep disarming you.
The other 2 are easy, just clear out the adds first, pulling them away one at a time, but be careful of the roving patrols. They will quickly jump in, and you end up with 2 or 3 on you at one time.

Did this with my level 32 warrior.

Good XP, shame about the armour buff's on the reward, not as good as what I already had.

EASIEST WAY! Take flight path from UC to Hammerfall. Exit and go west until you reach Dabyrie's Farmstead. Go to these coor. to find each head.... 54,39 for Marcel; 57, 41 for Fardel; 56, 36 for Kenata. 2 of these people are inside the houses. 1 of them is wandering just outside of a house. Beware of the 31's guarding them. Have fun!

This quest is very easy as a mage. I took it at lvl 30 with my frostmage(not twinked, first char) the quest was red for me, and Kenata was hard as hell, but with mana agate, evocation and a lesser healing pot it was OK, just be shure to CLEAR THE AREA!

the gallan cuffs could easily be used for twinking....put a good enchant on it like 24 attack power and its perfect for 29 twink hunters/shammies or anything else that uses mana and melee. The 24 attack power makes the fact that it is cloth irrelevant. This may be better then barbaric bracers with 9 stam....

If your twinking at 29 and you have the money then gallen cuffs with +4 to all stats is in some cases better then barbaric bracers. 8 stamina or 11 intellect,and 4 strength, i think depending on your class the enchant can change. For shammies, i would have the +4 to all stats, if i was a hunter i might go for 24 attack power. It all depends on your class and what you use more.

These cuffs can be eqwipped for a lvl 29 twink he reason y u wuld want these is beacuase u can put lvl 35 item lvl enchnats on them (burning Crusade encants) i have a 29 twink hunter on Ner Zhul and i have 24 attk power on mine :)

Here are some tips to help you do this quest:

Find the farm by going west from Hammerfall

Once you find the farm go all the way to the back where theres spiders and a big fence

There you will see a house on a hill in there is Kenata, take out the 2 gaurds around her house and go in and kill her. There is no one in her house with her so feel free to just run in.

Forget about the fields, right next to the house is a shed looking thing, right outside that shed is 1 of the guys .. theres only 2 gaurds around him.

In the shed is the last guy, be careful for respawns and links !

Have fun ! This quest is easily doable at level 31+ especially as a lock!

Not sure if this is across other realms, but on Illidan, the quest-giver is bugged out, so the quest is not able to be picked up or turned in. I think the latest patch (2.3) goofed it up.

Rogues, this is farly easy for us.. solo'ed this at lvl 32. went in stealth to Kenata´s house, got in, when she run into fear and all daybres around the hose jumped on me but i was able to kill her and vanish. Make sure u got crippling poison on ur weapons and maybe if u want some poison..
Marcel was a bit harder, since there are lots of mobs near him. i focued on him went in stealth, cheap shot, slice ad dice, few sinister strikers, kidney shot, eviscerate.. aw, and yes, used evasion because i had like 6 on me :| .. killed him when i had like 200 hp left, lootd it, vanished.. but some guards saw me when i was goin 2 sit and eat and i died hehe. then used the same tactic for fardel. gl ;)

Mobs are pretty to draw off individually. I soloed as lvl 32 lock with no problem. Received 3500 xp. Fortunately there were no Alliance camping in the area, as the are wont to do in Arathi and Hillsbad.

The farm is actually North East of Refuge Point, not North West like the quest states.

Marcel and Fardel are in the lower part of the farm. One is in the actual crop area and one is in the mill type area. Kenata is in the barn that over looks the farm.

Not so bad, soloed this with 32 holy priest, only hard part was when i had just killed other mob, the 35 lady aggroes me while im 50% mana, but she wasn´t too hard after all.

lvl 32 warlock, soloed... it was fairly simple when i got to the farm. I killed the first 2. One is next to the barn at the bottom, the other is in the other lower barn house. You dont have to kill those in the field. The one at the top of the hill in the house was very hard. I tried to clear one at a time to get into the house. But the petrols came from no-where. When you pull one, make sure you pull him out of the path of the other patrollers. I found it easier to use my voidwalker. You will be attacked by at least 3 if you dont pull each one far enough away. Kenata is alone in the house. If anyone can stealth, this would be easy. Good Luck...

Wandered into this farm area as a lvl 32 priest while I was out grinding in AH. I noticed the named mobs and solo-killed my way to each one, recieving a random head for my troubles... so yes, the heads will drop without the quest apparently. Marcel and Fardel went down pretty easy, but Kenata was a bit of trouble as she's lvl 35. Best tactic I found for this was to open with Holy Fire followed quickly by Devouring Plauge and Shadow Word:Pain. After throwing up my shield I just Smited 3-4 times and then finished them with my wand. No wiping, just be sure you clear the mobs from the area first as they wander pretty large distances. Now I guess I have to head to the UC to try and find the quest-giver and get my "bonus" 2000+xp. :)

P.S. Noticed after killing all three and staying in the area for additional grinding that Fardel will spawn both near Marcel at the barn/stable as well as near the field. (Ended up killing him a few times) Marcel seems to always spawn just inside the barn and Kenata always in the little house just up the hill.

Its really funny if you fear the guy in the stables. He runs through every1 on the field!. I had to kill 9 mobs at a time after he ran. Took healthstone and greater healin pot to achieve at lvl 36

didn't even know I had this quest, but as lvl36 rogue this was free quest-exp.. all 3 mobs died in less than 10secs and not much of adds either. all found at dabyrie's farmstead.

not that it matters but i did as 38 mage and finished in 5 minutes, use your AOE spells on them while making mana shield everyime you feel its needed
this is guaranteed to work vry well if your around my level

i did this as 31 rogue, i had the defiler's talisman though so it makes it a bit better. even without, rogue can solo anyhthing
just carefuly sap and pick the mobs around the main mob or if u can pull them out. kenata was easy just stealth into the house, sap the guard outside
as 31 this was challenging but as 36 this should be eassssy
but easily possible at 31 took me maybe 15-20

Fardel spawns in different locations... have seen him outside of the stable beside the windmill... to the right of the barn by its lil outbuilding... and to the left of the barn beside a wagon... marcel and kenata seem to be more static spawns tho, as i've only seen marcel inside the stables and kenata inside the house at the top of the hill.

I finished this quest at level 37 and got 3,500xp. I wanted to level with this quest, but I didn't think it'd happen on the quest alone so I grinded the mobs in the field (pretty fast respawn), then I turned it in and got a nice chunk. Worth it, definitely. :D
