There are actually several of these reagent pouches spawned at the same time. I saw at least 2 at the same time in different locations on the ships while diving down there. Coordinates given by Neci a few posts above mine seem accurate.

While down here getting the Reagent Pouch it would be wise to pick up and complete https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/quest=11443, which is picked up from Harold Lagras, a wandering scuba diver near the ship.

Found one pouch spawn point in some boat wreckage at:

The pouch was glittery and on the deck. I was going to suggest using a water breathing buff if you had it. I had the bladder pouch from another quest that I am keeping. But since you get a diving suit from a quest giver on the East side of the boat you will probably be ok.

Is there a prequest you got to do cause I'm passed lvl 71 and the quest doesn't show up on him

Just a note for those of you who are grinding rep for equipment and such . . .

In order to be able to take this quest, you must do Vice Admiral Keller's quests up to (but not including) Prisoners of Wyrmskull. At that point, many more quests will open to you.

Confirmed it spawns in more than one place at the same time. Herbalists will have an easy time locating them.

one is @ 62.59 next to ship's wheel
second is @ 62.57

Descrizione

While the Explorers' League may discern bits and pieces of the past through their archaeological findings and the Vice Admiral might extract some knowledge of the present through brute force, the truth lies with the spirits.

With the proper reagents I am able to see into the spirit world. It is there that the past, present and future of Northrend resides.

If you wish to learn more, I will require my reagent pouch. It was lost in a ship that is now at the bottom of Daggercap Bay, just east of here.
