Heathen Kaul is located above the Twilight Terrace, floating on a rock all by himself with a blue pillar of light on him. Fly up from where you killed the bound water elemental and you should see him.

Even though another player tagged him, I still helped dpsing him down and got credit for killing him. I was not in a party at the moment, so it must have been because I was in close proximity.

once u get to the water element just mount on your flying mount and fly straight up hes floating on a rock behind the water element

I used my throwing weapon with a rogue and just kept throwing it at him and it was taking him down faster than I was losing health. Then I hit Killing Spree and really wholloped him. Pretty easy.

Has a yell going "It is true that we serve Deathwing, but we also serve a higher power. Never forget that!" Somehow it makes me think that while Deathwing will be a major boss (as in having a 4.x patch dedicated to him and his raid instance), this "higher power" (most likely N'Zoth) will be the final boss of the expansion.

He says "Lord Deathwing's sundering of the Well of Eternity has Brought down Uldum's defenses. Prepare yourselves. We will march through the Waygate soon!" IDK what blizz was thinking when they typed this in, but the well of eternety was sundered about 10 thousand years ago. Now either it takes Uldum more than 10 thousand years to get it self back to gether, or blizz made a critical error in lore. I thought they might be referring to the Mailstrom, which is where the well of eternety used to be, but then they would have said that or the world.
