Ysondre is one of the four Dragons of Nightmare.
In recent times, Ysera's most trusted lieutenants have been warped by a dark new power within the Emerald Dream. These wayward sentinels have passed through the Great Trees into Azeroth, intending to spread madness and terror throughout the mortal kingdoms.
Once one of Ysera's most trusted lieutenants, Ysondre has gone rogue, sowing terror and chaos across the land of Azeroth. Ysondre is now the last of the Dragons of Nightmare, and although she has been saved from the nightmare, she states she can never return to the Green Dragonflight. Emeriss and Lethon are already dead; Ysondre helps players kill Taerar during a quest chain in Feralas.

Something interesting to note: while in her elf form in Feralas, she wears a blindfold. This is to reflect the fact that she was the only dragon of the four Dragons of Nightmare whose eyes were closed. Taerarr, Lethon, and Emeriss all appeared in-game in dragon form with their eyes open, while Ysondre's were closed.

Her blindfold reminds me of how Riku from Kingdom Hearts used a blindfold to hide his shame of being possesed by Ansem.
Anyway, shes involved in Feralas quests to kill a rogue green dragon, Taerar.

Had a total nostalgia bomb of doing these 4 world dragons back when their NR gear was so good for AQ20 and AQ40. Nice of Blizzard to throw in a questline that mentioned them.

For the curious (and in case anybody passes by and wonders "can I transmogrify to that?"), she is wearing:

Helm: green version of Cursed Vision of Sargeras
Shoulders: Dreamwalker Spaulders
Chest: Feralheart Vest
Bracers: Dreamwalker Wristguards / any (the gloves cover them completely anyway)
Gloves: Dreamwalker Handguards
Belt: Belt of Potent Chanting
Legs: Dreamwalker Legguards
Boots: Feralheart Boots

So yes, you can transmogrify to something almost identical to that (with the exception of the green blindfold) -- assuming you're a druid who played in Vanilla and kept the original Dreamwalker bits (since Feralheart is now available from the new Darkmoon Faire after the release of 4.3).

BTW are there any models for the Leggings that look like them ive searched endlessly and havent found ones yet :( even in the Valoroud Dreamwalker gear from 80...

I found a kilt that isnt the same as Dreamwalker Legguards, so incase they dont add them heres the ones who match with the gear a LOT:
