These guys can be a headache for casters as they have a spell reflect. While it's up though, you can cast AoE spells and they won't be reflected back at you.

Tanks with high SBV unhittable set (which most of the heroic anub add tanks should have) can solo the 2 at entrance for the Battered Hilt.
Soft reset takes about 20min

They CAN be shackled on heroic mode. Anything to make my priestly healing easier.

Since Skeletal Slaves do not drop the battered hilt anymore, killing these seems to be the best way to farm the hilt as a feral druid.

They go frenzy at 50% and start stacking a buff called Unholy Frenzy, increasing their damage and attack speed by 10% per stack. It stacks everytime they hit you, but wears off after 10seconds. I have about 43% Dodge and most of the time the buff won't stack higher than 3-4 Times before it wears off although when it does, you can simply run from them for a few seconds. (they are extremely slow with infected wounds on them)

// edit: There are 4 pats of 2 Mobs in there. It usually takes me 10-15 minutes to kill all 4. So thats 32-40Mobs an Hour, which is much more than I get in Pit of Saron (besides the skeletal slaves).

Protip for anyone soloing these for hilt drops: by stunning them before 50% and DPSing them down under 50% while stunned they will not enrage making them a lot easier.
