He will say "Dont crowd me people" Even if theres only one person in the tram and they are ignoring him lol. On another note he also speaks orcish. I was there on my blood elf and he said it.

He also appears to immediately respawn whenever you kill him. I spent a good 15 minutes killing him over and over waiting for some allies to finally work up the nerve to attack me.

To be more specific on his location, he is INSIDE the tram area, of the ironforge side where you wait for the tram, on the middle platform, near a wall.

Monty is not showing up at all for me. I've been checking since I was level 11, I am now 13, and he's just not there. Nipsy is there! No Monty any place. I'm not sure but this might be race specific for humans only, I'm a night elf. My Questie addon shows the quest on the map outside the tram at the entrance, but he's nowhere to be found.

As of 9/26/19 in Classic:

It was probably always this way, but Monty periodically wanders off. He just kinda fades out. Then after a while he shows back up. This seems to happen every 10 mins or so. It was tested on both a low teens character and a mid-30s. If he is missing when you go looking, just come back in 10-15 mins.
