Why isn't this an equippable item? I'd -love- to have a head rag to wear :D Makes for a little variety from the pirate hat.

This is one of the very few items in the game that breaks naming conventions by starting with an indefinite article.

You don't see "A Hearthstone" or "An Elixir of the Mongoose"

The definite article "the" is used in a small handful of quest items, most notably some of the Dire Maul class books. It's also used in a handful of arbitrary quest items like the four Barov deeds (Barov Family Fortune) and The Legacy Heart

I just felt like pointing this out. I'd speculate that during development, there were likely a number of internal guidelines regarding this (which is why it's so rare), but this one flew under the radar on account of being such an obscure item.
