You'll get this first, and legendary's later on, just like with Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest, when you do those quests you get Runestaff of Nordrassil first as well.

Really looking forward to get this on my rogue, look at the buff of those daggers together, 5 x 50 Agility is 250 additional agility, which is ofcourse a lot.

To start the quest for this just pick up , a quest from Lord Afrasastrasz inside the Dragon Soul raid. This is presumably only possible on Normal difficulty – we don’t have hard facts on that, but since the quest can’t be completed in LFR, it seems unlikely to start in LFR either.
