This item will be released as the uncommon loot from the WoW TCG Expansion "Throne of the Tides". The official release date is October 11th 2011.

Facts:

This item is generated from Sack of Starfish that has a 30minute cooldown.
Starfish has range of 30y for enemy targets and 40y for friendly targets.
On hit, applies a "Throwing Starfish" aura, "Harmless starfish stuck to face" for five seconds.

The loot items from this set are:
Purple Puffer (1/3)
Sack of Starfish (2/3)
Swift Shorestrider (3/3)

Only 5 at a time, with a 30 minute cd... you must construct additional starfish :(

A few additional fact-lets:

If you're switching to an alt and he absolutely needs some too (why of course he/she does!) you can use the item, then mail it to an alt - the cooldown actually applies to each toon, not the item... so you'll be able to make those all important starfish immediately.

If you're in a random dungeon group (for example) with a friend and feel that both of you need to throw Starfish at the mage... trade him/her the item and get them to trade it back once they've used it.

When you redeem the item the tooltip will change to <Made by Yourtoon>.

This is one of the few vanity items that you're able to play with, and then sell on the Auction House later, should you ever get bored of it. Though personally, I find that throwing a Starfish in someone's face is the gift... that keeps on giving...
