Yay for a bunch of new mounts with patch 4.1 :D

This mount will be an award from the TCG (Twilight of the Dragons). It is not the equivalent of the Amani War Bear from BC. Blizzard stated they will put in the old Raptor, Tiger (which will be a Panther) and bear mount with new colors/armors, so there will be a bear mount even though it is not in the database yet.

Looks like this will actually be a TCG loot mount from the upcoming Twilight of the Dragons expansion, as opposed to a drop from the ZA 5-man.

This mount will be released as the rare loot from the WoW TCG Expansion "Twilight of the Dragons". The scheduled release date is 26th July 2011.

You receive one epic item version when you redeem the code.
The level 60 mount (epic) can be traded in-game.
Mount automatically adjusts speed to your highest flying riding skill.
When learned, the dragonhawk mount counts toward the Mountain 'o Mounts achievement (Horde or Alliance).

The loot items from this set are:
Nightsaber Cub (1/3)
Fool's Gold (2/3)
Amani Dragonhawk (3/3)

As of patch 4.2, this mount can be traded in-game like the previous WoW TCG mounts.

As of now, the Amani Dragonhawk, Fool's Gold and Nightsaber Cub are no longer free and require a code.

I think it's really nice and if you're alliance it gives you access to more than the one Blue DH which takes ages to get as you need 100 mounts. I suppose there's a sense of achievement with the blue one but the thrill off finding the loot card and then parading on your new mount is also a good feeling.

I'd say it's pretty boring just selling the thing on either ebay or the in game auction house esp if you like the mount, if not then selling for real cash makes more sense. Although sell the code because the card is rather good in itself.

Of course my opinion is biased because I was lucky to find a loot card and redeemed it.

The colours on this mount are amazing, really intense, love Amani content as it is aswell as Dragonhawks due to the low population of them. I will hopefully be purchasing the mount soon and it will be treasured on my character forever, and hopefully all my others when upcoming MoP arrives :)
