No longer limited as of Dec. 27's hot fixes:

The following reagents no longer have limits and are now available from Una Kobuna and Casandra Downs in unlimited quantities: Deathwing Scale Fragment, Scavenged Dragon Horn, Bleached Jawbone, Silver Charm Bracelet, and Preserved Ogre Eye.

(btw im just guessing that the price is cheaper due to my standing with stormwind, i came to this conclusin because it says under the merchants name that she is from stormwind, but it could also be your standings with other cities and reps :) )
