out of curiosity.. does this stop working at a certain rep level? or is it useable at any level?

if the latter is the case, is it worth waiting until a certain rep to use it? from past experience, certain rep levels are harder to attain than others due to the availability / unavailability of quest / turn ins at certain levels.

half tempted to just use it right off.

My guild is lvl 16 now I used this item and I got reputation increase only with Ramkahen and none with my guild :(

For people who are confused, this does not work like a tabard that gets you extra rep if you keep it in your inventory. Note, it doesn't have a "slot" position either so you can't equip it. Just right click it and you'll get a rep gain with Ramkahen and it will disappear. I know I was confused about this to when I first got it. One guild I'm in it gave me 1050 rep with the Mr.popularity perk.
