There was an announcement that all spirit-improving buffs were going to be removed, no more divine spirit, mark of the wild and kings not affecting spirit either.

This thing, however, even seems to get an updated version.

Scrolls haven't seen much real use so far - now this thing might?

As much as useful it looks (spirit increases your hit now, and hit is gone from MotW and Kings and the priest spell dissapeared), it counts as a Battle Elixir, which means you cant use a flask (flask counts as Battle+Guardian elixir)

With very few guardian elixirs, having this as a guardian would be awesome for healers. Is this better than +100 int from the intellect scroll?

It's worth noting that all scrolls are magic effects, making them vulnerable to dispels, or worse, spellsteal, so think twice before using them in PvP situations.
