Had seen this in beta, and originally thought it was a bug. Deliberately didn't report it in the hopes that it would stick about, and thankfully, it does!

Good ideas for sticking it into macros along with other abilities - I'd never have thought of doing that otherwise.

seems like it allows you to skip the cd and cast hundreads (using a macro addon to skip the 255 characters limit) of them simultaneusly.. Just think about it in a bg :S

Right now, you don't lose this when you turn in the quest.

Edit: this was changed in the most recent hotfix.

Razgar’s Fillet Knife and Drowned Thunder Lizard Tail are now removed from a player’s inventory upon completing the quest “A Golden Opportunity” in Orgrimmar.

Attempting to use the Drowned Thunder Lizard Tail outside of Durotar now returns the error "You need to be in Durotar".

Completed the quest a 2nd time and he took the item away after handing it in.

Still had mine before they fixed it to be removed, and just never did the fishing daily that uses it, but looks like today they made it only usable in Durotar.
