If Stormwind City is supposed to be the new hub for the Alliance, why are there no food vendors there selling level 85 food?

Of all pickpocketed food, these seem to be the most common:

They are the only ones in Deepholm, Grim Batol and Lost City which are the most common places to farm pickpocketing.
These are pickpocketed from as many as 200 mobs already, whilst the other 90k foods are still on <100 mobs.
You can also buy it at the TH vendors, so if you run low and cba to pickpocket, buy this to refresh your stack and pickpocket again later.

I got mine from a vendor in Uldum in Mar'at. The vendors name is Husani who is right next to Umi who also sells the Sour Green Apples and Tropical Sunfruit :)
