This is a fantastic potion to tie into your "Blow #$%^ up" macro's as a caster DPS.

For instance:

/use Volcanic Potion
/cast Blood Fury
/cast Lifeblood

This potion can greatly increase your hard hitting spells such as Pyroblast! during phases which have increased damage dealt such as the Exposed Head of Magmaw, which can GREATLY increase your Combustion damage.

The mats are relatively easy to obtain and you can likely craft a stack of these (which should last you almost all of your raid time) for about 150g - at least on my server.

Don't forget, you can drink one of these before entering combat (Before the pull) to have a boost to your initial DPS. You will still need to wait for the cooldown, but you will be able to use a second potion that fight.

Just watch your threat!

On my priest I use this before pulls along with fade, giving the tank a generous 10 seconds to establish an aggro lead.
