I would of thought you'd get something you could use out of it. But no, I just got:

+11 Hit Rating
+11 Strength.

And I got it on my mage. Atleast I can vendor it for 1g 90s 83c

I picked it up and it did have agi on it now it's blank. odd

I got this from my random dungeon reward(Champion). Had to replace it "Imbued Chain". Just for the 36 attack power and 14 critical. Worked for me.

I have gotten 2 "of the invoker" ones in a row, with my tank warrior.
Don't rely on them being "useful" at all, you will vendor them 90% of the time.
