Reward from doing a random burning crusade dungeon. As for the quality of the item, a level 61 green (Smoky quartz ring) is equal to it in all ways. Not helpful at all :(

You are eligible to receive this item from the Satchel of Helpful Goods for doing random dungeons at levels 65-70.

I know that the Satchel reward is only supposed to be a bonus on top of the experience, gold, and dungeon loot. At lower levels they're awesome, easily better than greens and even most blues of similar level. But the level 60+ Satchel rewards are an absolute joke. Greens are better -- sometimes very much better. I'm keeping a few of the ones with useful stats in my alts' bags in hopes that Blizz realizes they suck and buffs them. I'm not holding my breath, but it would be nice.

Blizz, please make the Satchels of Helpful Goods actually hold genuinely helpful goods.
