BiS for all caster classes that need hit to get capped. While getting to that cap isnt very hard anymore, this item stands to be one of the better pieces you can get. Perfectly itemized with quite a bit of haste and a gem slot make having this item in place to reach that cap a pretty sound idea if your lacking hit in other areas.

With reforging in the game, items like this that have a lot of Hit rating really start to shine. Before, once you get too much Hit, you have to bench this item for something else, possibly something in lower item level, due to not needing the Hit. Now, you can just reforge to still utilize the Hit rating, or remove some of it if need be!
