Rarity: 1/11 booster packs (speculative)
Distribution: Fields of Honor booster boxes contain 24 boosters and cost approx $65 USD (inc. shipping), therefore the average cost of obtaining this particular loot is $30.

How much would I expect to pay for one off eBay or similar?
According to http://www.wowtcgloot.com/path_of_cenarius.htm (most information sourced from there), the expansion released on the 30th June 2009. Upperdeck have not specified any changes to the rarity of the three loots in this expansion (Path of Cenarius, Ogre Pinata, Magic Rooster Egg). After the initial release rush, the price for this loot should steady at $4 USD.

Facts:

Each loot code redeems for a stack of 100.
Duration is 5 minutes.
Useable in feral / altered forms (except flight).
Only dying and mounting removes the buff, zoning hearthing etc. does not break buff.
Is a super-common loot card.
Useable at any level and therefore available for twinks.

Common, but still a nifty bonus from a mere $4 booster pack. It's a shame you can't use them while mounted, though.

Thank you for the wonderful idea! Im not a Shaman but I still have Rituals of the New Moon! You'll find me running through Stormwind in wolf form with these flowers for a Okami tribute! Amaterasu has been reborn once again! :P
