When you use this item, it gives you the debuff "Playing with your Orphan."

Why a debuff? What does Blizz have against orphans? :(

Well, I completed all the parts of this chain quest without any problems until I got to the toy zeppelin at the toymakers in Dal. I purchased the paper zeppelin (not the kit) and threw it to the orphan at least 10 times and still could not get credit for the quest. Anyone else have this problem?

Really fun thing to do with the paper zepplins is get a friend and throw them back and foward but dont let the model of the zepplin touch you. soon youll have a swarm of zepplins charging after you lol.
