Is this going to be additive or multiplicative? 15% would be worth the glyph slot but I don't feel 10.5% would be. From the wording of the effect (additional 5%) I would assume it's going to be additive.

By far the best threat glyph available, outclassing Blocking quite a bit when it comes to AOE, which is something Warriors are trying to work on when you compare them to Death Knights or Paladins, this helps a ton!

Although it's probably worth noting that no DPS is actually going to pull 5k TPS consistently in any normal bossfight.

In ulduar some DPS classes do 5k TPS very often. Put this on someone without passive threat reduction talents (Arms Warrior, Hunter, etc...).

Does this apply to Devastate as well? If so, this is majorly useful; if not, eh. I guess you could get some Sunder Armor stacks onto your target even when you’re especially rage-starved with this, but I have almost entirely replaced Sunder Armor with Devastate in my rotation…

Currently as of October 24, 2010 the Taught By tab says this is available from a Book of Glyph Mastery. This is incorrect, because I just learned this from Minor Inscription Research.

Seems like a really solid dps war glyph. not sure why prot wars would want it given devastate applies it.

In case any of you protection warriors are wondering, this does NOT apply to devastate (unlike the Sunder Armor glyph).

This is a glyph for low-level (pre-Devastate) Prot warriors, and for raiding Arms and Fury warriors so they can minimize the personal DPS loss from stacking Sunder Armor in absence of another to provide a similar debuff.

In Mists of Pandaria this glyph has changed.

OLD: Glyph of Furious Sundering - Reduces the cost of Sunder Armor by 50%.
NEW: Glyph of Furious Sundering - Reduces the cost of Sunder Armor by 100%.

This used to be learned from Minor Inscription Research not Book of Glyph Mastery as listed. However with the change to a major glyph in MoP, it is unlikely to remain as discoverable by Minor Research. It is uncertain if this the discovery method will change to Book of Glyph Mastery or something else.
