This food is used for anyone that needs Spellpower, such as Priests, Mages, etc.

For straight up spell casters like Priests and Mages, the Firecracker Salmon would be a better option for you, since it has more spell damage without that silly attack power.

Unless of course you feel obligated to run up and wack the mob with your staff but I guess really... Who doesn't? :)

Due to the new change of mechanics for Protadins, the Attack Power increase, Spellpower, and the Stamina boost from this, makes it absolutely perfect for Protadins.

Definitely one of the best food options for enhancement shamans. This gives the same buff as Great Feast, with a much lower cost (great for selfish pugging!). Succulent Clam Meat often sells for as little as 35s, making this food as cheap as 14G a stack.

Agreed on the perfection of this item for Enhancement Shamans and Paladins. would also be using on my Moonkin Druid, she seems to go oom quite a bit. Don't hunter stings benefit from spell power too, so they would benefit as well. Like the fact that it restores both HP and Mana and you can easily fish the darkwater clams up standing on the dock in Valgarde Keep in Borean Tundra if your a lower lvl and wanting to raise your fishing and cooking pretty fast, less risky.

All of these incidentally give also 40 stamina, and the buffs last 1 hour just like Fish Feast. None of them (at time of writing) include both AP and SP.

I am F2P (level 20) with current cooking level 358 of 375. Alliance Dwarf Hunter. And Stephen Ryback (cooking trainer in Stormwind City) does NOT offer this receipt. Either it was removed with the latest patch or players that didn't buy WotLK extension do not have access to it. The maximum cooking level he offers for me is Master Cook. If you see higher levels (like Grand Master Cook), you might get this receipt also. Please post an update if you know the reason why it doesn't show up.
