Now that Readiness has been moved to the MM tree, this glyph has lost a great deal of its appeal for arenas. Since it only lowers the CD of Deterrence by 20 seconds, where Deterrence has a three minute CD, you are looking at only a ~11% reduction off the CD which is lackluster compared to the other available glyphs.

If you are BM or Surv and are having major issues with melee survivability, this glyph may be worth looking in to, otherwise I suggest skipping it.

I don't understand why this glyph requires level 20 when the actual spell "Deterrence" isn't available until level 60. If someone wasn't paying attention, they might spend a lot of gold on something that's useless for another 40 levels.

I would like to note that you CANNOT stack several glyphs of the same type to increase the effect. Upon attempting to inscribe a duplicate Glyph at the Lexicon of Power you recieve the message:

"That Glyph is already inscribed in your spellbook."

Because, when this glyph was created, deterrence was still the 21th point in survival.

Welcome to wow, where european people play aswell, russian people play, even koreans play it!

Their languages often dont have anything in common with english, maybe instead of demeaning his rather excellent english, you should go learn his language then post on forums in that, 10 to 1 you wont be belittled, but complimented for learning their language.

Its easy to judge at first glance, checking his profile you might have found hes not as adept at english as you or me, looks like hes trying though, doesnt it?

This glyph used 2 have some (although very very little) use when it reduced the cd by 20 secs, but a 10 sec cd reduction on a spell wiv 1.5 mins cd already, I would say this is now officially useless. The cd already is good enough, most ppl wont end up using it more than once every 1.5 mins anyway... I think blizz hates us...

In Mists of Pandaria this glyph has changed.

OLD: Glyph of Deterrence - Decreases the cooldown of Deterrence by 10 sec.
NEW: Glyph of Deterrence - Increases the damage reduction granted by Deterrence by 20%.
