This will leave fearward on a 2.30 sec CD / duration.
I remember being a dwarf priest and the only one with this spell. 30 sec CD, 30 sec duration.. this spell is absolute bull^&*! now.

Sounds like a lame glyph to me. Since they nerfed fear effect and tanks not loosing aggro when feared, as well as nerfed the gardian I don't see any need for spamming fear ward more often.

Frankly I can maybe use it in PVP... maybe :/

Duration of Fear Ward buff and cooldown of priests Fear Ward are both 3 minutes by default. This glyph will lower both to 2m 00s.
I believe this can find an use in long BGs, usually when fighting with other priests and warriors with cooldown on their fears, but it may still be good idea for Blizzard to change this to Minor glyph.

In general, you don't Fear Ward a target unless a Fear-effect is expected. In most cases, the reduced duration of Fear Ward will be irrelevant because a Fear will likely not come between 2.5 and 3 minutes from your initial casting, but often more frequently. (Archimonde springs to mind, though it's an outdated example by now)
Bottom Line: in most cases, this reads "Reduces the cooldown of Fear Ward by 30 sec" and should be valued as such.

I am thinking about having a few of my normal glyphs as well as a few of these in my bags to swap out for blood queen so that I can have a ward up for everyone of her fears.

This is a great glyph for PvP. A lot can happen in a minute, and having protection against a fear quicker can make or break a fight. If you can spare the glyph spot, this is definetly worth it.
