This is a new DK sigil set to be added in 3.0.8. You can buy it from "Grizzly" D. Adams if you are alliance and Purkom if you are horde. They cost 30 Venture Coins and a small amount of gold, although this is likely a bug as nothing else these 2 vendors sell costs gold.

Considering Icy Touch is like 227-245 damage on the tooltip, is it safe to say that this sigil almost double Icy Touch damage? If that is correct, then I'm going to be even happier with my Frost build than I was before!

Icy touch does not benefit from GoG.

Equipping this glyph as 51/13/7 Blood nets around 400 additional damage to Icy Touch, not a bad little buff!

Lvl 75 DK tank. Build 9-50-7

Really nice damage boost. First IT jumped from 0,6k to 1k. Crits up to 2,4k.

That was a very worthy investment.

I just got it and it gives u Equip:Increases the damage dealt by your Icy Touch ability by 203

actually your loosing dps. Anyway you look at it with this. the lvl 58 one you get increases dmg to both heart and blood strikes by 90. So basically your sacrificing 90 dmg on 2 seprate attacks that are part of every "Good" dks rotation for 111 for one spell in the rotation. Ty blizz.

I highly doubt the usefulness of this sigil. With the change to HB not to cause extra dmg to targets with frost fever and the HB glyph and with Rime now proccing on Oblit instead of IT there's no reason whatsoever to use IT as frost. Blood has glyph of disease to refresh diseases and unholy can get this from the same vendor and for the same number of coins.
