Throwing those at the position of a player ~~(doesn't seem to work with NPCs)~~ makes the bottle hit the player's head, instead of falling to the ground.
Hint: Target the player to have the circle below them, then place the bottle target circle in the player circle

*edit* yup, works with NPCs. Maybe not with every one, though.

These things can unstealth and interrupt eating if you ever feel like getting on somebody's nerves... :D

Edit: Still interrupts eating/drinking if used on a player of the opposite faction and players are flagged... Not sure if it works when they aren't flagged.

After a little testing throwing these at various NPCs it appears you can't hit any of the "children" NPCs. Instead it looks as though it gets absorbed by them (or they are just master Empty Brew Bottle catchers); this may simply be due to them not having a character animation for that or it would simply be too evil.

You know, it's actually quite rude to throw a heavy glass object in somebody's face...I don't know what Blizzard was think when they made these throwable, but especially in an RP realm you shouldn't just get away with it.

Getting my November monthly brew and drinking it to get a empty brew bottle, I threw it at Garrosh since he's making the Horde more aggressive. He just takes it like a bro and does nothing.
