The "Can only attach to your own armor, and attaching causes the item to become soulbound." means that you cant twink low level characters.

You have to be level 80 to use it and you can only use it on your own pants. It doesnt require any LW skill to use it, just that the player which is using it is only using it on his/her own pants.

As the nethercleft leg armor in TBC this leg enchant is more preferable for tanks. ;)

Legacy (account bound) items can only receive enchants with no level restrictions.

How to get Frosthide Leg Armor for a 19 twink:
Step 1: Get a pair of BoE pants that you want the enchant on, and the Actual Leg armor kit on your lvl 70+ char.
Step 2: Apply the kit to the pants. They should now be soulbound.
Step 3: Remove all durability armor (except for the pants) from your character and inventory and put it in the bank. Unless you want a hefty repair bill. Hefty.
Step 4: Die. Spirit res. Die. Spirit res again. Repeat until the pants with the armor on them have 0 durability left.
Step 5: Relog, and send the now "unenchanted" and also non soulbound pants to Your twink.
Step 6: On your twink, repair the pants and relog.

Wala! You know have a pair of pants with 55 stamina and 22 agility :D

Thanks for that mate, really nice for my Lvl 29 Warrior. Now he can pwn in those Battlegrounds! =D

Didn't work. :< What I do wrong? I did removed all my gear to bank except enchanted pants. I've falled few times from high and died. I've took res from spirit healer all the time. When durability was 0 I've relogged. Enchant disappeared and item is still soulbound. ;| What to do? :/

I got this to work following the instructions. The only pants available at the time were Dusky Leather Leggings. Then I tried going backwards w/ my twink's Troll's Bane Leggings since they had the old Nethercleft Leg Armor by following the instructions in order to send them back to my main and that did not work (in an effort to try getting the frosthide leg armor onto them). I also tried doing an arcanum on a headpiece following these instructions and that didn't work either. In the case of the arcanum, the head piece lost ALL of its enchants upon losing its durability, including the random enchant assigned to lvl 29 green world drops. I have a theory that I could get this to work on an Enduring Cap since it doesn't follow the same random enchant rules that most of the green drops follow.

I "relogged" after being offline for a while and the arcanum took! I applied it to a Pathfinder Hat. Sweet!

Enchanting the item causes it to become soulbound.

Something soulbound to someone else cannot be in your inventory, so no. Simply have your friend make one, then give it to you, or sell it to you if you guys are like that. It doesn't take Leatherworking skill to use.

Does anyone else find this strangely itemized? I have since day 1. Of course, pre-Cata, agility was an optimal stat, but it still wasn't intentional for agility to be. So why would they make the tanking legs have agility?

Has this really lost the "can only be used on items in your inventory" and "wearer must be level 80"?

If so, has this just become one of the two best pant enchants for twinks?
