Looking from it with PvE eyes, is it only the t6 healing belt, unsocketed. who haves more +healing then this, the intellect is okay aswell, but it lags with spirit or/and mp5. Looking on other belt, this have the belt sta/int and +healing, if they are the stats, you are looking for. Else there is https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=21873, but it lags with stamina, https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=30895#comments, with less less, stamina, and int, but 37 haste rating. I would might take the haste rating, instead of int, sat and healing, but haste rating dosn't improve mana per heal, and I guess I wouldn't raid MH before Wotlk.https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=33480#comments Have allmost same intellecet, as Guardians mooncloth, and with the right sockets, ( 2 https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=32216 for example, you would have 95 healing, 29 spell dmg, and 10 mp/5. The mp/5 would "fix" the few intellect missing, but not the satmina. https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=30036, who is made by tailor, with the right sockets, can can more +healing then Guardins mooncloth belt, and have a lot spirit, who would "fix" the lag of int compared to guardins. stamina is the problem again. If you want all 4 stats (Stamina, intellect, spirit and +healing), https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=32519 would be great. I would be raiding BT before Wotlk either. If you want better, there is t6 belt left, who drops in SWP. (https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=34853)

This one is the easiest and cheapest to get, while you need some gold/luck go get the other belts. :)

Kinda pointless item now, because the dreadweave belt has the exact same stats but 1 more intellect.
