One should explore Wyrmskull Village thoroughly upon using this item for there is a special encounter with The Lich King himself at the northern end of the village (in front of a large stairway).

To say more would be a disservice to the quest (spoilers).

Also, Val'kyr, angelic-like spirit creatures which roam in the mystical realm float around & one is detached from other players & creatures while this buff lasts. However, other players using this item can be seen, etc.

Ok, you can't attack Anything here :) BUT if you are a hunter you can stay passive and command your pet to attack, you can use their abilities but all you can cast is mend pet , not even a flare. and you should be able to kill an angel without any trouble, no loot or xp but if you need to kill one if your fishing . yep when in spirit world you can FISH for : Pygmy Sucker , Bonescale Snapper, Fangtooth Herring, and Glacial Salmon so far. Even fished up a few chest off the quest area pier out front of the house. The quest BTW is a bit ambiguous you simple have to enter the house with the two ghost people and listen to their story. I do recommend that you attempt to sneak past the Lich king once thought before you finish the quest.

Try to sneak past The Lich King. He gives a little schpiel. It's pretty interesting to see. A little more WoW lore.

You can use this item to sneak around and do a few other quests as well. I did Dragonflayer Battle Plans that I still had to do, popped right in front of Yanis, and then shifted back into the spirit world. Kind of nifty.
