Theres a 25% chance of these dropping from bloodfen razormaws and 15% from lashtails.

Can be found as a drop off -

Bloodfen Razormaw: Normal 39 ish
Bloodfen Lashtail: Normal 39 ish

Quest item for Bloodfen feathers. U need 5 of them. Questgiver is Brogg in Mudsprucket. starts and ends the quest

They drop from the Bloodfen Lashtails, I found a bunch of them around: 35 72

Better location at 33,65, but they are packed in pretty tight, so easy to aggro more than 1 at a time.

that whole part of the zone is full of 'em. start just on the west side of the Den of Flame and work your way southwest to the edge of the zone. it only took me 11 kills to get all 5 feathers.

Also, If you cannot find the Den of Flames, on your map...

Try, looking near Mudsprocket. It's NW, of Mudsprocket.

If, you still can't find it on your map, or don't have the flight path to Mudsproket, then head South from Brackwall Village, past Quagmire, then keep heading south ans soon enough you should find it! XD;;
