As a druid, I'd go for Chain of Glowing Tendrils (above) for pvp, or a random effect "of the Tiger" for dps (21 agi, 21 str with https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=25071), because Natasha's Guardian Cord (https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/item=31691) is the best easily obtainable healing neck in terms of strait +healing and mp/5.

I came to Blade's Edge just for this single piece. I had my default Bladed Ebon Amulet and I wanted a new necklace for my DK... out of the options, I thought this made an excellent choice for any DK.

This neck has "druid" written all over it. The amount of AP druids will get from this neck is very respectable for a quest reward neck, some crit from the agi as well. It's a decent pvp and pve dps neck for feral druids, but it isn't exactly inclined for either. Also nice for warriors, though they don't get as much benefit from raw stats as druids.
