Be careful if you're farming for these around Toshley's Station in Blade's Edge, as an "invasion" occurs periodically. This "invasion" spawns a pantload of Gore-Scythe Ravagers which continually attack the station, and are unlootable and unskinnable. :P

The best place to farm these is south western HP. The area which borders Terrokar has a large number of the hatchlings, which are easy to kill and have the same drop percentage as the tougher ones.

actually i found that doing the netherwing dailys down in the mine yeilds alot, in 2 days have gotten atleast 30. Only spending maybe an hour to 1 1/2 hours down there.

I found that the best place to grind these out is in HFP. The quilfang ravagers have a nice drop rate. The drop rate is 2-3 flesh per 5 kills.

I found if you're using these to level your cooking for the Merrymaker achievement, it was way easier to buy them on my server. I don't know if its the same on every, but these were going for about 1s a piece in the AH.

best place to farm these, as high lvl char is prolly around 52 - 12 in terokkar (the northern area, in the hills with "razor vines" all over, as a "roof" :)

theres plenty, and they are grouped in 3-4 a piece usually. and with a drop rate of roughly 50% it doesnt take long!

Razorthorn Trail, 37,88 in Hellfire Peninsula got enough in about 10-15 minutes to level my Cooking 25 points.

So i farmed the Razorthorn Rise ravagers for about 15 minutes and got 25 ravager flesh and alot of gray sellable items, so i think it would be the best place to farm it, the ravagers there usually stay in groups of three so just lay down a AOE move and aggro then kill them all. the only downside to this is that there are razorthorn flayers running around so you will probably have to kill them every once and awhile too.

Best place I found to farm this, is near the Southern Rampart
( in between Den of Haal'esh and Expediton Armory),
so many mobs, and easy to farm and even easier if you can AoE.
Drop rate is ok, but the massive mobs being so close together makes up for it.

Skinners! Looking for Knothide Leather Scraps or the occasional Knothide Leather?
Farm these dudes and get your cooking up while farming helping out the LW trade.
They also drop the low rate Fel Scales and or Crystal Infused Leather (which I skipped altogether in my LW)

The Rip-Blade Ravager at Razor Ridge just west of Toshley's Station in Blade's Edge Mountains is the WORST drop rate for the flesh. Out of 100 kills I only received 10 flesh total.

While putting my 70 Warlock to use farming these things, I decided to record the drop info, just in case anyone is looking to farm them.

Total kills: 76 Quillfang Skitterer/Ravager
Chipped Ravager Claw: 63; sells 8.7 silver a piece
Chipped Ravager Carapace: 13; sells 9.9 silver a piece
Ravager Flesh: 40 (I stopped when I got to 40)
Random Trash: 3
Greens: 3
Total Profit: 21g 95s 46c

Also was able to mine 25 Fel Iron Ore, plus some random motes of Fire and Earth, while killing. Total time was about 45 minutes.
