As of patch 4.0.1 this Libram is now BiS for holy paladin's in the level 60 bracket.

I'd go for this, definitely i'd even drop 25 intellect for it on many encounters. 25 intellect, is like 3-4 cleanses? I've got 8.2k mana so that is more or like 75 cleanses and i'd save a &*!@load of mana on those.

i know this isn't useless.. but i personally think this and the other two send a message to pallies ..

level 52 blue for pally = 55 armor for devotion aura..

level 52 blue for shammy = up to +30 damage for their shock spells

epic pally libram says ;

YOU ARE A CLEANSE BOT; WE WANNA MAKE YOU A BETTER CLEANSE BOT!

ty Blizz for clearing up that us pallies need a buff for better cleansing.. we know we can expect more cleansing in future boss encounters now.. jippie..

as for Cleanse in BG .. well .. if you are hardcore PvP aswell as hardcore PvE you might love this item ..

i'm just whining about the message it sends..

Okay, granted cleanse is vital to some fights, but not ALL fights and certainly not MOST fights.

I think this item would be decent to be a level 50 something blue, but to make it a level 60 EPIC seems just WRONG. The same thing with the +55 armor to devotion aura libram. That might be decent for level 20 or 30, but level 52 or so? What the hell is blizzard thinking! Did they leave a digit off the front of that number?

I asked my shaman roommate what he thought about his epic totem vs my epic libram and at first, all he did was laugh for a few minutes. Then he said that the healing bonus to his lesser heal would be very valuable to him for every fight, but he would take a 25 mana reduction on purge for PVP ...

Shamans: What if your EPIC totem was getting a 25 mana cost reduction on Poison Cleansing Totem!

Funny to see that Blizzard doubles the cost of the dispel spells to give taht after^^

However, nice libram for chromaggus-like fights. Don't know for the horde but even my poor 7.2k of mana could be spared

I'm content with it. It may not improve the chances of survival on those fights where you cleanse like a mofo... but it gives you a tiny opportunity to do something ridiculous in the meantime, like... dps or something. I dunno.

P.S. I cleanse a lot in PvP, too, soooo /shrug - I like it.

with the tier 3 dungeon sets just announced and one of the set bonuses being heals for 100hp with every cleanse the value of this just went up 10 fold

To see why this libram would be handy, go fight Vem, Yauj and Kri in AQ40 and try to kill Lord Kri last ....... you will cleanse until your mana runs out, use demonic runes, major mana pots & night dragons breath just to cleanse a bit longer .... and even then its not enough.

IRT PVPers go get Libram of Hope and be quiet, and the new libram in Naxx adds healing to flash of light, so suck it, blizzard don't love your DPS dreams, *cry cry*

Don't be too greedy, I mean just look at it. It is a free slot to boost stats. I'd much rather have a Libram their even if it did +5 to healing, then say having Eagan's blaster equiped.

Yes, the bonuses aren't huge, but consider the alternative: Egan's Blaster, and... well, nothing before Blizz added librams to WoW. Before criticizing what the librams do, be glad you get them in the first place. You all seem to want some huge bonuses out of librams, and that's obviously not how they were intended; they're small increases in certain areas of performance, and that's all they were meant to be.

If you want something role-defining, go pick which epic set you want to get, not which bloody libram. If you want a small bonus and are still using Egan's Blaster, however, take a look at the librams and be glad we even get them in the first place.

I just got this item. ofc you can feel ther difference cause you dont look at the mana you spent for that, but it gives me like...50 more cleanses if i only use cleans. its very rare, and you should be very very glad if you had this item, just like me=]

With the new tier 3 pally sets, the 8 piece benefit gives cleanse a 100 hp heal, coupled with this libram, it's pretty nice.

This libram is very nice for Naxxramas and some AQ40 fights (I assume that you have BWL on farm status and skip MC, if you can down Fankriss).

As I've gained more gear, I've grown to appreciate mana regen more and more.

This item adds yet another mana regen option.

I have the Eternal Justice set. When I cast a judgement, I have a chance to regain mana.

I have various items that give me mana/5 regen.

I'm not Holy, but those that are, can gain mana from casting heals.

I can get mana from attacking mobs/ppl who have Seal of Wisdom on them.

So let's see, I can get mana from judging, healing, attacking, even doing nothing. What has not been covered before? Getting mana from cleanzing! I believe the only other way to get such mana regen is from the Tier 3 set.

I might not always use this over other Librams but it definitely adds another option to make...

the Paladin the almost unstoppable healer on the battle field! :-p

I wish there was a way for us PvP Paladins to get this without having to do boring-ass PvE raids (yes, I do consider this to be useful in PvP).

We got this from Fankriss today, sadly this takes up one of the 2 ordinary drops, it should be a extra drop like regalias etc.

Sucks! :(

Word on the European Paladin forum is that it dropped from Fankriss the Unyielding. (An AQ40 boss.)

Anyone who says that this sucks obviously hasn't played an End Game PVE Paladin.. All you do is spam cleanse/heal, buff, and occasionally melee to keep up a judgement or something.. This will save alot of mana, which will help a ton

As far as im concerned, we paladins sometimes spend a lot of time and mana cleansing.. EG the fight against Chromaggus, if you have to spam cleanse, thats a lot of mana saved..
