I'd like to add that they can be drank in combat, and are not on the GDC. Therefore you can macro it to any of your desired abilities. Just buy a bunch and send majority to a bank alt. Leave 10 or 20 or whatever on your main and use the macro

/use moonglow
/cast spell name

or if you have a macro to pop off all your CD's throw it at the start. Looks awesome

what that will do is autostart a stopwatch at 10 seconds (yes i realise it says 11 but for some reason it takes 1 second to start up stopwatch macros)and it will count down untill your moonglow-glowing-effect-thing is gone!

It's fairly weak alcohol, but it makes you glow for a short while.
