I have two of the recipes mentioned above but do not see any of the needed ingredients for it. I have the feeling I'm just gonna end up doing SW dailies until I get to 300 Cooking lvl.

She can be found at the INN in feathermoon - feralas. Just to the right hand side of the inn as you are facing the inkeeper.

Does this stack with things like tender wolf steak or spider sausage? Those items are giving +12 stamina in addition to +12 spirit... there'd be no point having this receipe except for purpose of collecting it or cooking your mightfish for more selling value.

as of a recent patch, 1.9 i think it was, multiple food dont stack. so you can only have one food effect at once. this includes mightfish, squid, the well fed effect +sta/spr, nightfin soup, etc.

Food buffs haven't stacked for a while now. Tanks will usually want to eat something that gives the STAM/SPI bonus like Tender Wolf Steak (+12, the highest existing bonus) and casters will probably want either Nightfin Soup (8 mana/5 sec) or Sagefish Delight (6 mana / 5 sec, but also restores mana after a fight). Hunters and rogues would probably love Grilled Squid if they could get any, but it's a seasonal fish. The Chimaerok Chops recipe is pretty awesome (+25 STAM) but the extra 130 hitpoints make it hard to pay the premium -- unless your guild has a chef and an engineer who will make you as many as you like...

This recipe has more uses than just it's buff. The health given is 4320 where the normal lvl 45 food is 2148.
