First to say that this achievement will be impossible to earn in a pug if it's group-wide. Look at Sartharion for proof.

However, this achievement IS quite aptly named - if you can avoid giant walls of fire, you just might get your foot in the door on an entry-level raid!

This fire wall is nothing like Sartharion's fire wall - the best way to describe it would probably be that it's splitting the room in half, then keeps circling around the centre. Not hard at all for melee or hunters, but casters might just have to cancel a few spells to keep avoiding it.

This achievement made me think of this:

A few years ago I heard a story about a guild master who tended to become very hot headed during raids. During one raid in particular where stuff went really bad he yelled at them. The next day there was a raid announced "Deadmines" with a description about "Since the raid failed we will go back to deadmines where you should have learnt the skill needed" or something to that effect.

I thought this achievement fitted this story because it is in deadmines and it implies learning skills needed for basic raiding. :) Maybe someone remember exactly which story I am talking about since I have forgotten where I read it.

No lie here.
i got this on my first run (which was a pug) and didn't even know he had the ability.
I honestly don't know why people think this is so hard
