Just in case enough people don't rate it back up. Fizzbang's comment was correct. This quest is related to the old coin-op game Joust where you only had 1 button called "flap." If you beat your opponents in a joust, they turned into eggs, which you collected by running over them.

The title of this achievement was a warning (including the punctuation) on levels where the Pterodactyl would fly through the screen.

Ok, this quest looks as annoying as hell, but it gets a lot easier if you work out a couple of simple things. Firstly, flapping your wings not only moves you upwards but also boosts you in the direction you are facing. So to change direction, you need to both turn AND flap. Secondly, don't worry about the falling rocks in the 2nd and 3rd waves. You can survive two or three hits at least then go get a new mount - it doesn't fail the quest. And finally, in the last wave, simply take off from the questgiver and head along the left wall and slightly down. There's a big ledge where no rocks fall and where the eggs respawn very fast. Simply wait, unless you really love bouncing all over the place.

I don't know if it's just me (probably not, at least 2 other guildmates also experienced this).

I had terrible motion sickness when I did this quest chain. At the end of it I was feeling so sick I went off to bed. Whoever designed this needs to get tied to one of the birds for a day or 2.

In Warcraft, they are called Pterrordax.

We might as well start calling Crocolisks Crocodiles, and Gnomes Midgets!

So I also got very ill when I tried to do this so I left it alone and did some more quests. Now I can't get back in to complete this achievement. Is anyone else having this issue? am I doing something wrong?

Edit: nvm got it working after completing the rest of the quests in the zone

I found this quest chain very annoying cause the control aspect was very messed up. You can't use the mouse to turn around like I always do and expect to go in that particular direction. You'll find yourself flying backward unless you hit the boost button (#4 I believe) to get you going in that direction. You don't want to know how many times I've rear ended the wall trying to spin around for an attack.

I cant seem to find the questgiver, ive got all of the Mount Hyjal quests completed. So i was thinking, maybe this achievment isnt completeable if you have done the Molten Front Invasion up to Druids of the Talon (since the quest giver is involved with the Molten Front Invasion), but as i said this is just a theory, someone enlighten me please!

I can't seem to find the quests for this. I've done all the quests in hyjal, but have yet to find this one. It could be possible that I abandoned this quest somewhere among the route of the achievement. I have no idea where to find it now and I really want to have this achievement. Anyone able to help me?

This quest get bugged for me yesterday. The force in the room was independent where i face my mount and it was only for one direction. Although i completed collecting the eggs i couldn't get to the top to the quest giver to have my achievement. Besides that i can not either use my heartstone or character stuck thing in help which indicated me that i am not allowed to use in here.

So i did this. I used alt+f4 in game. Logged back in. My character has spawned in the graveyard without a ghost. run back in the portal and get the achievement handing the quest.

I am not sure if it will be buggy again if i couldn't complete it and remount.

There is a room on the bottom of the cavern that branches off into two other chambers. During the wave with the eggs, fly into these rooms and they are filled with eggs. I got about 15 eggs from both rooms combined
