This achievement - according to what I've seen in the PTR - is called "Bane of the Fallen King". The title is the same.

With the new patch, this achievement has been changed. Much better title now, imo.

As far as Azeroth knows, the Lich King and Bolvar are both dead. Lore-wise, the Scourge will likely collapse on itself.

but I'm pretty sure there are many more intelligent scourge members (like Kel'Thuzad) that aren't actually under the Lich King's direct mental control, but just straight up worship him. Many of these beings have the ability to create more scourge. Don't forget there are places where the plague is still spreading and making scourge also.

All members of the Scourge are under the Lich King's control, the beings like Kel'thuzad just dont mind at this point because they can't do much about it and they have comfortable positions within the Scourge heirarchy. Don't forget, after Kel'thuzad's first visit to Northrend, he tried to escape the Lich King. Even Anub'arak was the king of the Nerubians who fought the Scourge in the War of the Spider. Now, both serve the Lich King, without question. He would never risk mutany when he aquired such a large portion of his followers by force when he can simply control their actions.

As for places where the plague is still spreading, we cleaned those up. Destroying plague cauldrons in Western Plaguelands, helping the Druids and the Argent Dawn in Eastern and whatnot. The fact that Lights Hope Chapel has green trees and gardens in Cataclysm is proof of this.

Hey guys, I was wondering. Do we have confirmation that we can still get this title when Cataclysm officially is released?

In the past, I know they did remove the chance to get some titles but are we still able to do it?

Icecrown Citadel being a level 80 end raid can only be accessed by characters who have achieved level 80+

So to answer your question no you cannot enter at level 79

This is still gettable at 85, although it's surprisingly non-trivial to do.

Make sure your raiders know about Shadow Traps, clearing Infest, Defile, and Valks. All of them can still easily kill an 85. Defile can still wipe your raid.
