I was able to do this over two games. I was in-combat with an alliance at the horde keep when the horde finally won the game. After that, it seemed to register the kills I'd gotten in the first game in the second, so I only needed the horde keep kill.

I suggest having a plan for this. What i find works best, is (from the start of a fresh game)

1) Run to hangar, collect kill from the few others running there.
2) Board ship, jump off in enemy keep, collect kill.
3) Get out of enemy keep.

After that, you have to decide, you don't have to get a killing blow, just that get a Honorable Kill in that area.
Just look at where of the 3 remaining places there is any action going on, and at least some of your allies there, so you are sure to get at least 1 HK.

This is extremely easy to go wrong since 1. The teams might simply reach a win very fast 2. Some teams send no one at certain spots, however, if you enter a lot of times, you'll eventually do it out of sheer luck.

In tight battles that go a long time this seems to be reasonably achievable. I rezzed at several locations with a shamefully low killing blow count of 2! So it seems to be HK based not killing blow based.
