Well my character is named Hospital, so when I get the title my name will be Hospital of the Undercity. I think that it is funny and looks interesting :)

Suddenly I want to roll a Forsaken character named "Elevator," just so I can get this achievement.

I'm not yet exalted with Undercity but I've become a champion, sence I can't do the daily quests anymore how do I acquire rep for undercity?

you really don't know how to get rep with them? go to trinstafel glades and do the quests there, you might need to go to silverpine forest also.

To get exalted with Undercity you must do one of 2 things. (Or both if you want)

1. Buy an Undercity Tabbard (Vender is by the fly point) and keep running dungeons until you're exalted.

2. Go to Deathknell in Tristfal Glades and run all of the Forsaken quests. (My DK did this before the tabbards came out.)

Then to get this achievement become The Undercity Champion by doing the Argent Tournament daily quests that they would have you do.
