It will take long to get, but it's said that you will get a 'Battle Master' or 'Battlemaster' title for it.

To get it:

Av part:
- 100 AV wins
- 50 Graveyard captures (by you) in AV
- 50 Tower Defends (by you) in AV
- 50 Honorable Kills in Drek'Thars/Stormpikes room (only the room of your faction general)
- Win while your team is in control of both graveyards
- Win AV in 6 minutes
- Kill someone before he dismounts
- Win while your Captain and General survives, all towers (both the Horde and Alliance ones) are controlled by your faction (so not destroyed)
- Defend and assault a Tower and a Graveyard and kill soemone at the Field of Strife in 1 AV battle
- Own the AV epic mount (of your faction ofc.)

Ab part:
- 100 AB wins
- Win AB with a 2000 to 0 score
- Take 50 flags in AB
- Assault 3 bases in 1 AB battle
- Defend 3 bases in 1 AB battle

- Overcome a 500 point disadvantage in AB and win (so wen your team has 500 points and your enemy got 1000 you need to win (while you where losing first)
- 10 Victories with all 5 bases under your control
- Win AB in 6 minutes
- In 1 AB battle interupt flag capture 'x' times
- A second achievement with 'x' flag interupts
- Win with 2000 vs 1990 points
- Assault and Defend 2 bases (so 4 in total) in 1 battle
- Get 5 honor kills at all the 5 bases (25 kills in total) in 1 battle

WSG part:
- Get 100 WSG wins
- Capture the flag
- Return the flag 50 times
- Return the flag 5 times in 1 battle
- Win WSG with 3-0
- Win WSG in (less then) 7 minutes
- Score 3 flag captures in 1 battle, without dying
- Get exalted with your WSG faction
- Kill 'x' players before they leave your flag room
- Grab the flag and capture it within 75 seconds
- Kill 'x' flag carriers
- Kill the flag carrier while he's in their flag room (just before scoring)

EotS part:
- 100 EotS wins
- Win with 2000 vs 0 points
- Win 10 battles while holding 4 bases
- Win within 6 minutes
- Get 5 honorable kills on 5 flag carriers
- Capture the flag
- Capture (in 1 battle) 3 flags (and score) without dying
- Get a killing blow under effect of the Berserker buff in EoTS
- Kill the flag carrier, pick up the flag and score for your team
- Kill an enemy who is standing on the starting rock

The Arena Part:
- Win a ranked match in Blade's Edge, Nagrand and Lordearon arena
- Win 300 (ranked) matches
- Get a 2200 rating in 2vs2
- Get a 2200 rating in 3vs3
- Get a 2200 rating in 5vs5
- Win 10 matches in a row (without losing)
- Win 10 matches in a row (without losing) with an rating of 1800 or above
- Win 10 matches in a row (without losing) with an rating of 2000 or above
- Be the only survivor (of both teams ofc.) in a (ranked) 5vs5 match
- Kill someone within 15 seconds of the start of the match
- Win a match within 45 seconds

The biggest problem I have with this Achievement is that there is zero room for compromise. Asking for any player to go 2200 in all three brackets, and get 10 wins in a row at said rank is insane. Think about it, what if you are 1 achievement away from getting this?

Think how it would be if you were stuck on one such as the win 10 in a row? "Win ten ranked matches in a row with a rating above 2000."

Could you image the pure rage that someone would feel if they just won 9 games in a row only to lose on the tenth.

They could at least make this achievement only require 4 of the 5 subsections.

I guess you're going to have to play a little harder. This is not going to be an easy achievement to earn, sure, but for those who put in the time and dedication it is another bragging right. Most people won't be able to rise to an achievement of this level, which is what makes it so special.

This achievement is designed for the absolute best. They will not allow for any compromises, as someone wondered at above. Almost nobody will earn this. The title of Grand Marshal / High Warlord will be nothing compared to this. Anyone who earns this will, simply put, be a PvP God.

Since the recent changes the Arena acheivments are now completely unrelated, and instead there is a thing for Strand of the ancients now.

Should be slightly easier to get this title now, hopefuly still challenging (and not simply time-consuming).

I Havnt played Pre-TBC buti wonder if this is a grind similair to "Grand Marshal" Title.
Personally spend all my wow time in Arena and BG's (mostly Bgs) and i cant wait to obtain the title i'm already half way on most of the Pre-WotlK objectives :).

- Destory 5 vehicles while using a turret in one battle
- Kill 5 players carrying a Seaforium charge in one battle
- Kill 100 players in the Courtyard of the Ancients

It's going to be quite a feat, and I plan on being the first Death Knight to achieve this title.

Personally I would say it's about doing loads of premades if you EVER gonna reach this title, most of the achievements requires teamwork, so you need a full group of people that know what to do.

that highlighted part will be hard unless you're a druid or rogue.. 75 sec. is almost how long it takes to run for a "normal" class considering you have hordes/allies on you you can't just run straight ahead which is the fastest way. as for the Eots part.. well, yeah, its had for melee classes, but I guess you can just get a HK as stated above.

I was gonna go for this but now I changed my mind, I'll "never" get all of this done

The most annoying part of this achievement, in my opinion, is requiring exalted reputation with silverwing sentinels/warsong outriders. Because mark turn ins have been removed, the grind for this rep on characters made after BC (Including all Draenei, BE, and Death Knights) is flat out obscene.

You get 35 rep per flag capture. It takes 42000 reputation to get from neutral, where you begin, to exalted.

Even assuming you win every game (three flag caps), and take 15 minutes per game and never had to queue ever, this rep grind alone would take 300 hours of nonstop WSG to complete. And let's be perfectly honest: You will lose half the time, you will queue every time, and WSG games rarely end in 15 minutes.

I seriously hope blizzard considers removing this criteria from the battlemaster achievement.

hi, i would just like to say that i finally got battlemaster, yesterday , as a prot warrior, it took me 546 arathi basin games to the 2000-1990 achievement, which was the last one i needed. i would say i have done this across 2 realms as i like to swap often, however i am currently on nightfall darkspear and would say that this is not the realm to complete on, as the alliance are not much good at PvP here. Anyway best of luck to those of you who are trying for this achievement. The title isprobably the best one there is. Arena master is also cool, but i think there is more effort needed for Battlemaster. Happy gaming:)

Agreed, if they remove the Conqueror/Justicar meta, then why even bother?
Removing that requirement will never happen, and if it does then i play this game no more.
Im glad it's there, or else i would'nt have spent approx 1month to get it, i'd rather spend about 2 days since it would be soooo easy i feel like crying right now.><

Atleast i had Conqueror from way back, phew:D

GZ to everyone that got this1. Tbh rest that i am missing aint my fault :( started lvling my main seriously smwhere around sunwell patch, and now I am just missing WSG/ABreputations, and couple wins in EOTS... and.... OMFG ALTERAC VALLLEYYYYYY there is never more than 10alliance against 40horde :/ so can't get alterac bliz, win without losing towers/captain, nor 100wins. gg

Same issue on stormstrike, saradrominbolt. I've still got a fair way to go, mostly wins and 1-2 left for ab/strand/av. For 1990-2000 premading I assume you're just capping 1 base and defending 3 for the duration of the game, giving horde farm?

yep, it's totally doable :) finally there's everything req skill/luck to be done. only WSG rep (about 80wins) and 50 AV wins and I am done with this. gotta grind til my fingers bleed, and then grind some more and there we all haev it ^^

For those who are MASSIVE achivment die hards, and are Horde, heres one for ya: Flip to Alliance Human, grind rep part out (Hardest Part) then flip back. Will cost you, but thats 120 less WSG Flag Caps alone.

In the next patch, the reputation achievements will be removed from the requirements for the battlemaster achievements. I still wish they would balance out Silverwing Sentinel reputation though.

I love how Battlemaster asks you to act like a complete idiot to get some of the achievements. This is even more true if you run battlegrounds as a healer. And if not being an idiot then it's ultra aggressive. Quick Cap + disc priest with 1 speed boost and swiftness pots..

k most posts here r just insanely old and out of date this achiev is rather doable defnetly if you get some friends to lend a hand i know some people that rnt even that good in pvp more pve players that got wsg mastery done due to premade. Anyway the achievs that remain hard r:

To the looter go the spoils: Autographed Picture of Foror & Tigule hasn't got high drop rates.

Resilient victory: amount of points needed in ab is now reduced to 1600 the criteria for resilient victory hasn't say enemy takes 4 bases you hold 1 the enemy will get 650 points and you'll have 150 when you'll have to start makin youre comeback so after a really bumpy start youll get 500 difference soo late its gonna be really hard to get back up before theyd win id say this would even be hard to do as premade.

Steady hands: the batlegrounds i've been in its hard to c 5 bombs planted at a wall let alone disarm 5 with the enemy defending them and with other allies disarming aswel.

Without a scratch: im a disc priest in pvp and nuke em when i get the chance might have been doable when this bg was just up and the hp seemed higher but now i dont think so maybe with premade its doable though with heavy defending vehicles and abandoning em if they get half hp.

I've just finished this, I've always PvPed primarily for achieves, and to give people the idea of how long it will take:
- I have 43,083 honorable kills
- Excluding IoC, I've played 1021 BGs and won 730 of them. If you say the average BG length is 20 minutes, that's 340 hours.

By BG, personally I found these the hardest/most time-consuming to get:
AV: Alterac Valley All-Star
AB: To The Rescue!
EotS: The Perfect Storm
WSG: Persistent Defender
SotA: Steady Hands

Overall, it seems like a much more daunting task than it actually is. It was much less repetitive and time consuming than say Loremaster or 40 Exalted Reputations, and easier than the mount-awarding raid metas.

After 3 long years, I finally completed this achievement. All I can say is it's been a long journey, with more achievements to come. The last achievement required me to defend 1 flag in Arathi Basin, which I happily did so.

To all those working on this, keep at it. Take it little by little. Pick an achievement to work on and do it until you finish. Realize you might be working towards an achievement even when you don't even know it, so enjoy the ride. Best of luck to those with the heart or mind to complete this daunting achievement, and I'll see you on the front lines.

With the recent changes to SotA, this achievement is practically impossible now. The speed of the siege engines makes it impractical to carry/disarm seaforium and turrets are a waste of time.

I'm currently working on this one, and it's surprisingly funny (me being an PvE- kind of person).

With the latest change to We Had It All Along *cough* there is no "really" difficult achievement left. I've been able to do most of the necessary achievements solo, as a warlock. For a few of them which are very difficult to do solo as a ranged class I had a small group consisting of a DK, Rogue and a Holy Paladin with me. In my opinion, there are only two difficult ones left:
The first difficult achievement was Stormtrooper. We just took the flag to an enemy graveyard and killed anybody who grabbed it. You might inform your team about it, but we thought it would actually be funnier to let people go crazy like "omg why do you bring the flag to a hostile base?". Actually, we won the bg anyway. Mind that you have to get the HK, not the killing blow (THAT would actually be quite hard).
The second non-soloable achievement was Frenzied Defender which seemed VERY unlikely to be possible in a random BG as a warlock, but was quite easy with a group hedgehoging our flag.

What might be the most interesting part for PvE-players trying to get this one: The 100 win achievements are the ones that count. I'm personally still roughly 40 wins from that achievement in every BG (meaning im lacking 200 wins total which is roughly 40 hours random BG) while having done practically everything else. So when in doubt, just win the battle, the other achievements come along the way. Concentrate on the missing ones when you already have your 80-90 wins, otherwise you will have a very, very boring grind.
