Maybe? Would require a paladin to head to the opposing teams first flag (stables or farm) to recap it before it turned...

It used to occur before the latest premade changes. It would be almost impossible without a premade.

It's very possible. I've achieved this a stupidly large number of times on my battlegroup (Vindication EU) already, since the server loves to put 15 Horde against ~3 Alliance.

Long ago with lvl 60 pvp guilds we did this a lot with full team on ventrillo, haven't played any pvp in the last year so I would not know how to do it now

Near impossible to do, but still possible...

Would have to get the opposing teams home base (Farm/Stables) before they capped it, if they cap it then the 10 secs it would take you to take it means they would get 10 points...

I guess if you were up aganist a complete nub of a team or had alot of friends on both horde and alliance it could be done...

(all sign upto AB 10 for example) then take it in turns, this would require too much time though.

Without doing this, completely this achievement would be more or less impossible as even the stupided of teams can keep the home base until it is capped.

This achievement will be easier to do for a little while (cause everyone will be trying to do it, thus leaving home bases open to attack early on) however once people start getting it, it will slowly become much harder to complete.

As Arowid mention it would be more bragging rights then anything.

Best i have had is 2000 to 10... that was like 1 week ago

Your best bet is hoping for a BG with like 10v2.
I just joined a BG, 10 horde 2 alliance, we capped fast and got it :> Wasnt longer in bg then 2min

One VERY easy way for this to happen is if a game is canceled because there is not enough people. I do not know if it was a glitch, but it happened to me and I got this and the achievement for completing Arathi in less then 6 minutes.

I got this achievement today in a PUG, i don't know if this is a good strategy, but it worked:

1. Capped everything as quick as possible,
2. Killed all Horde that left their starting base
3. Ran to the Horde base, and killed everyone that spawned at the grave

Soon enough we got to 2000, because there was nothing they could do :D

This achievement is actually one of the easier BG achievements. If you're enough of a masochist to grind out "The Defiler", it's pretty much guaranteed that you will get a shutout somewhere along the way.

Generally it happens when one team is severely understaffed. When you outnumber them 15-5 or so, it's very easy to stop them from ever capping a base.

I got this on a my first Arathi Basin ever.At level 34.Don't ask me how, I don't actually know. All I know is that I got 20 acheivement points, at twink rogues can one hit me.

Not hard at all. As a PuG, on horde, 3 of us rushed every base, except two to farm and 4 to stabs. Then we keep two at each, 3 at GM however, and keep a group of people running between each base to ensure a 5 cap. However, the hard part is actually pulling this off with a PuG. If your really sure you can, send the group running between caps, to camp the rez point at the opponent base. If they die, they get ported to Stabs, and get to run right back. Always make sure your AoEing and interrupting flag caps.

Remember, they have a total of 22 seconds after assaulting Stabs till a point ticks off.

the 1st ever arithi bason i did i got this achivment i went in there there was 1 horde and 10 alliance the horde defo dident go anywere and in the 5 min we had before the game ended we quickly got all the flags and won 2000-0

I got this on my lvl 29 belf pally today. There was Horde: 15/Alliance: 10 and apparently they didn't think that could win so they all hid in trollbane hall except for about 3/4 who did come out and fight. They almost got the lm but we managed to save it and get the achievement as well as Let's Get this Done. Either you need to have luck or the other team has to be chicken to get this.

It appears as if you cannot achieve this if the other faction is short on players, we got all bases and held them for the rest of the game until we won (roughly 15 seconds before the game would have ended because of the player deficit) and the final score was 1600 to 10, and I am absolutely certain the other team did not gain any points from bases...

I hit this one completely by accident last year, my wife and I jumped in to AB just to complete our "Pity the Fool" achievement and the next thing you know it showed up on our screens! Also, just so that everyone is aware, the "original" achievement was a 2000-0 win as that was the score meter at the time, it has since been dropped to 1600-0.

Currently 15000/21000 on my rep grind, seen Alliance get it twice. Also had a bunch of 1600-10's, hope I get it before I finish grind.

Just got this last night after a year of trying. It helps to be the raid leader (if you're not, just ask the leader if they mind passing). Send group 1 to LM, group 2 to BS and group 3 to GM. Rely on someone capping your base (farm/stables) on the way out and go yourself to cap the opposite base (farm/stables).

This is going to rely on a number of factors since you can no longer do unrated premades over 5-man...
1) Your team is all very good
2) Opposing team is all very bad
3) Your team listening to your instruction and going to the flags you've assigned
4) There is no defence at farm/stables to stop you capping (else you'll run out of time)
5) You successfully defend all 5 bases once capped and AOE the flags

If you can get all 5 capped it litterally takes 20-30 seconds to get the 1600 win.

This was the last acheivement I needed for Battlemaster, so I was pretty damn stoked when I got it.
