just pick up the 2 sieges and push for the gates. while approaching shoot at the gate. infront of it use both cooldowns to get the gates down asap.

3 gates + 1 final keep door and just touch the orb.

Just spoke with a GM, as of 11-19-08 this achievement is bugged and cannot be awarded, if you even do it now, you won't get it when they fix it, so dont stress, i finished with 7:05 remaining and won and didn't get credit, no date put on when it will be fixed

The rollover text on this particular achieevement states that you need to win in under 4 minutes, while the criteria to fulfill state 6 minutes.

Based on previous achievements and having sat through a round I would think that 6 minutes is the time to aim for, 4 minutes would be nothing sort of impossible.......or is it?

Maybe it only awards to alliance players, because by the time the horde gets a chance to capture the relic, the game's already been running for up to 10 minutes? Can any horde confirm that they've gotten this?

Finished with 7:40 left on the timer. I didn't touch the relic, but was underneath it.

You have to personally capture the relic yourself to get the achievement.

This achievement is easily done as Alliance, but it is one hundred percent impossible for The Horde.

As Alliance you start as the attackers, and need to capture it in less than 4 minutes, like it says, but as Horde, you have to defend for 10 minutes first, which counts, and then wait for 1 minute to start the next round, which also counts, which means as Horde, you will have to capture it in less than 1.5 min, after the Alliance have captured it in 1.5 min, this is not possible.

The only way i can imagine would come close to completing this achievement for Horde is if you cheat, you "wintrade", AND exploit a bug, you get 15 Alliance shadowstep rogues to grab seaforium, and they shadowstep up to all the cannons, so they don't have to destroy any walls before the keep, where they then place the seaforium, and afterward, Horde does the same, but i'm not even sure this will be fast enough.

You don't have to personally capture the relic to get it, i've seen The Alliance getting it lots of times, 5 players close to me getting it at the same time.

Have to say that after you have done almost all of the other achievements needed for the Battlemaster title, and you read the 3.0.8 patch notes and find nothing related to this achievement, you sorta give up.

There are also some other achievements that, while they aren't impossible for The Horde, they are a lot harder, defending the beach without loosing any walls, for instance, and not loosing any siege vehicles (all The Alliance have to do is to get lucky once and enter a battle with barely any opponents in, and win it fast, while The Horde have to defend for 10 minutes first, and surely by then, alot of players will have joined).

I was near the relic when the horde won a game in under 4 mins for round 2. Did not get the achievement. Dec 19.

Horde cannot currently get this achievement because it counts the time you are defending against you and Horde always defend first. Hope this clears everything up. Its not difficult to win in 4 minutes.

Horde can get this, albeit as much as alliance considering the bug.

Horde let alliance steamroll them and win in 3 minutes.
Horde steamroll the alliance and win in less than 3 minutes.

The unfair part of this is the horde receive a lower honor potential because of allowing the alliance to cap/destroy walls and graveyards.

I can confirm that 3.0.8 has fixed the bug preventing horde from receiving this achievement

We capped the titan relic with 6:55 left on the clock and got it.

I think it's still bugged. I'm Horde and I was just in a SotA match where we started first (new in 3.2) and we got the relic in 2:50. Granted it was in an unbalanced match where it kept saying "not enough players. match will end in ). But we got the relic and then Alliance went, but the match ended with 20 seconds left (and no gates lost. we would have gotten Defense of the Ancients too.) So I don't know if the achievement would be awarded at the end of the bg and we just didn't get to finish, or we should have gotten it right after we captured the relic but there was a bug. But that's what happened and I didn't get it.

Edit: Okay, I've won it, like, 4 times now in under 4 minutes, with the allies finishing too. And still nothing. So it must be bugged.

Still bugged as of 10/23/2009.

Captured in 3:30, then successfully defended the Alliance's assault, but no achievement.

*EDIT* : Today, 10/24/2009, I successfully got the achievement by defending the Alliance for 10 minutes and THEN assaulting the base in under 4 minutes. Perhaps you need to defend first to get it.

I got this on my 67 Human Fire Mage. My group simply moved quickly, using tanks and seaforium. We then had the tanks go through one set of gates, while those not in tanks or without seaforium simply barreled through the horde, creating a diversion. If it matters, my team defended first.

ANGRY PERSONAL NOTE: Of course, the first time I go to SotA on my alt (mage), I get the achieve. It is ironic, perhaps, that I haven't gotten it in all the many times I've played on it with my main (warlock). I guess that it is better to try for this while leveling, because then players on the top of the bracket can use their level advantage. My two cents is: Kids, remember to bring your seaforium!
